You Gotta Love High School

Yesterday was probably the most interesting day of my high school life. Here's the story of what happened.
First I woke up late cause my alarm didn't go off so I was a little late for school but thankfully I wasn't marked tardy! Anyways in one of my classes the most surprising thing happened. The teacher had switched the seating chart. Everyone moved to their new spots and one girl came in late and didn't know that we had changed the seating chart. I had sat in her old spot (let me take a break and describe this girl. She was very tall, kinda big, and black) and she wasn't quite thrilled where I was sitting. This is how the conversation went:

WARNING: There are some swear words used in this!
Characters
-Kami the Great (KTG) I know you love the name =P
-Big Scary Girl (BSG)

BSG: What are you doing in my seat?
KTG: Oh we got a new seating chart. I think you sit somewhere in the back
BSG: Get out of my damn seat!
KTG: Uhh... you can even ask the teacher. I'm pretty sure you sit in my old seat.
BSG: Get your skinny white ass out of my seat!!

Thankfully by this time the teacher had heard her and got mad and told her to sit in her spot. But really I'm still surprised she said that last part haha I just wanted to say to her "aww you think my butt is skinny? thank you! that means so much!" I must admit that was a compliment since my whole family makes fun of me for having the biggest butt!

So for the rest of the day school was pretty normal but after school the best thing happened to me. I was driving to pick up my friend Kiersten for cheer. Well I get her and we were driving to go get Nicole and I see that Nicole had left her shake from earlier so I threw it away in a garbage sack in my car (cause I was cleaning my car out before) and as I throw it away it spills all over me! My uniform has white on it and this shake was red... yeah it wasn't so great. I hurry and drive to my house and my family is all there and laugh a little since I had a shake all over me. My mom saved the day and washed out the shake pretty well while me and Kiersten cleaned up all the sticky stuff in my car. When I came in I grabbed my skirt and put it on and left for the game. I had no time to dry my skirt so I got to go to the game with a wet skirt... it was pretty awesome.
Pretty much to sum this whole thing up this is why you gotta love high school... you probably won't have these funny experiences when you're older haha.

Dedicated to the Best Big Sister Ever!!

Krista-
Thank you so much for being such an amazing sister to me! You've taught me so much and you don't even realize it. Out of the siblings in our family you're the one that's very, very patient with me, even when I'm having my moments and always bugged you while you were with friends. Without you I wouldn't be the girly girl I am today. You taught me how to dress, do make up, and actually act like a girl =) I'm lucky to have you so I have someone to get advice from and to take lots of funny pictures on trips haha. I love you so much! You're an amazing wife, sister, teacher, daughter, and mother. Thank you for all you do for me!!

Homecoming Game

Homecoming week has been so so so busy for me! I had cheer practice after school and during lunch which kinda sucked cause I didn't eat but in the end it was worth it cause Friday night at the game we won!! We beat Timpanogos High School, the score was 7 to 21. It was a tough game but we won and my cousin Bryce thought Provo would lose but we didn't so HA! Anyways we decorated the field with TONS of posters and balloons, the cheer dance for half time was awesome, the run through poster was sweet, and Provo won so it was a great night! Here are some pictures of the decorated field and game!

Here are some of the balloons that were all around the stadium

We made posters that went around on the whole inside and outside

Homecoming Posters

Homecoming is the BIGGEST event of the year for the Provo High cheerleaders. There's lots of decorating that has to be done. We have to decorate the school with streamers and signs but the worst part is decorating the football field. At first it sucks but when everything is done and decorated it looks awesome but I absolutely HATE making the posters for homecoming! The football field has posters going all the way around it and there's tons of balloons. Well each cheerleader had to make five posters by September 10 but I was stupid and procrastinated cause I thought they weren't due till the next week so I started making my posters the day before. Thankfully I had some helpers! Carson and Mason came to the rescue and helped me make my posters! Nicole also came over and made her posters. My backyard was filled with green, black, and white. We had the most random things holding down the posters such as a hose, a cooler, chairs, and bricks. These are some pictures of what my backyard looked like.

Here were the first 2 posters
There were more posters to the left that you can't see

This is what I looked like after making posters.... it was horrible!!

I'll be sure to put up pictures of what the homecoming game looked like next week =)
